I had the pleasure of working with Fern and her team at Nida’s Thai Restaurant on Monday. They are based in Didsbury, South Manchester and offer a fabulously authentic menu of traditional Thai dishes cooked with passion and love! I was lucky and get to take home every dish photographed.
