New Toyota showrooms designed around a customer hub

Toyota is currently embarking on a global roll out of its new showroom rebrand. Their approach is consistent with its wider mission to go ‘Beyond Zero’ by providing extensive customer experiences. The launch of the new showroom concept brings to life the brand’s new visual identity with an interior showroom design organised around a customer hub.

An immersive experience for customers

Dedicated areas within the new environment present the company’s full range of products and services, from new Toyota vehicles, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing products, bZ brand battery electric vehicles, approved Used, after-sales & service to its KINTO Mobility Services. A mix of digital touch points provide customers with a personalised in-store experience enabling them to explore different facets of the brand and its range of products. Customers can meet with expert retail staff who can provide further personalised advice and support.

The site was RRG Bolton, one I’ve visited many times over the past 25 years of working for this prestigious auto retailer.
